1 1/3 pound pork loin
7 ounces cucumber, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 ounces celery leaves
3 red chiles, thinly sliced
3 spring onions, sliced
2 tablespoon nam pla
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar

Grill the meat to your liking, rest it for five minutes then slice in stripes. Add cucumber, onion, tomato, celery, red chillies and spring onions. Season with fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and serve.
