Mackerel left from meals can be modified as another special recipe. Take only its meat, leave out the bones, then pound it with garlic, yellow chilies, hot chilies, shrimp paste, a few drops of fish sauce and lime juice, a few pinches of sugar. Blend it until the taste is satisfied. Scoop it into a cup. Mix it with hot cooked rice and eat it together with newly cooked omelet. This kind of food can be kept for many days.
